In a mode of tripartite cooperartion ,the market company is in charge of authorization and management of the registered brand “ICTM” and to coordinate and offer contact between the other two parties . The local operators are responsible for choosing the location , decoration, recruitment,marketing ,selling and ordering .The import companies supply the imported commodities and are responsible for the product quality.
